10月1日將在天安門廣場舉行盛大閱兵儀式，中共中央總書記、國家主席、中央軍委主席習近平將檢閱受閱部隊。閱兵部隊由徒步方隊、裝備方隊和空中梯隊三部分組成。受閱武器裝備全部為中國產現役武器裝備，不少裝備是首次亮相。群眾遊行將有10萬多名各界群眾參加，聯歡活動將有6萬多名首都各界群眾參與。
