克尼亞澤夫在瓦爾代國際辯論俱樂部通過互聯網發表報告時說：“計劃聯合開展移動防疫隊演習。將在包括金磚國家衛生高官在內的視頻會議上討論這個問題，以及其他可以為對抗疫情大流行採取的措施。”
克尼亞澤夫表示，俄方期待金磚國家疫苗研發中心能盡快啓動，指出金磚國家早在2018年的約翰內斯堡峰會上就曾商定成立該中心。
他強調：“像其他國際機制一樣，金磚國家也需要加快落實決定的速度。”
金磚國家指巴西、俄羅斯、印度、中國、南非這五個國家。
